The Platform is owned and operated by NERVOS E TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at 4th Floor, New No. 38, Old No. 69, Sembudoss Street, Mannadi Colony, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600001 (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our Platform.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

5. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products displayed on the Platform are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions and to modify or update product information at any time without prior notice.

6. Order, Shipping, and Delivery

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Orders will be processed subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Shipping is done through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

  • Delivery timelines are generally within 7 days from the date of order or payment confirmation, subject to courier company or postal norms.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Requests will only be accepted within 10 days of placing the order, provided the order has not already been shipped.

  • Returns: We offer return, refund, or exchange for eligible products within 10 days from the date of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via the original payment method (UPI refunds where applicable).

  • Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it to our support team within 10 days of receipt. Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be provided.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or service interruptions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
