Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

  • Exceptions: Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery.

  • Rejection at Delivery: If the order cannot be cancelled, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.


2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it to our customer service team within 10 days of receipt.

  • Verification: The returned product will be inspected by the seller/merchant listed on the Platform before any action is taken.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as per your preference (subject to stock availability and policy compliance).


3. Product Not as Described

If you believe the product received does not match the description or your expectations, please notify our customer service team within 10 days of receiving the product. After review, we will decide whether a replacement, exchange, or refund is appropriate.


4. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, you should contact the manufacturer directly as per the warranty terms. The Platform is not responsible for manufacturer warranty-related claims.


5. Refund Process

  • Approval: Refunds are processed only after your return/exchange request is approved and the product (if applicable) passes quality checks.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Mode of Payment: Refunds for payments made via UPI will be credited to the same UPI account used for payment.


6. Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  • NERVOS E TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the product does not meet return eligibility criteria.
